A private catered birthday celebration for about 40 guests. The vibe was casual, relaxed and FUN. The client wanted heavy appetizers to serve as enough food for guests to feel full, but without having to officially sit down for a meal so that the party could keep going! Appetizers and Charcuterie Board were presented buffet style, with a few offerings that were kept hot throughout the evening.
